If you receive an email stating you have an unfunded investment, this means you have invested in an offer (otherwise known as placing a bid or making an application) and have yet to pay for that application. Alternatively, you may have submitted the payment however, the funds have not cleared OnMarket’s account yet. Noting, BPAY can take 24/48 hours to process.
You may also receive an unfunded investment email if you have multiple applications in the same offer where one or more are still unfunded. If you do decide you only want one application, please remember to cancel the duplicate application within the 5-day cooling off period.
