Where can I view my allocation and tax documents?

At the successful closing of each Equity Crowdfunding offer, we will send you an email advising you whether you received an allocation of shares or not. If you are allocated shares you can download an allocation statement from the HISTORY tab in your dashboard as shown in the example below.

OnMarket will provide an allocation statement which detail the size and value of your allocation, payments you have made, and refunds that you will receive (if any).

Please note the OnMarket allocation statement is NOT proof that you own the shares. The OnMarket allocation statement is confirming payment and that we, OnMarket, have passed the allocation details to the company / registry.
