How long will it take to get my refund?

If you have included your refund bank account details when setting up your investment profile, any refunds will be paid directly into your nominated bank account.

• If you cancel your application while the offer is live, your payment will be refunded within 14 business days.
• If your refund is due to scale back, or an unsuccessful application, your refund will be paid with 14 days of allocations being made.

Please keep in mind that we may charge you a transaction fee for refunded applications. The transaction fee may be higher than $5.00 (no matter what the size of the refund is) because we will need to cover any transaction costs, such as bank fees, and administrative costs.

If the refund amount is less than $5.00, we reserve the right to not return that amount to you.
