Easy Tiger wants you to jump on board!

Our team started cooking up the idea of a multi-faceted entertainment and hospitality venue in St Helens a few years ago.  We knew there was a new mountain bike trail network opening in St Helens and with the added knowledge that one of the most iconic mountain bike trail destinations in the world (Derby) was just 40 minutes up the road – the pieces were falling into place.

We found an old roller-skating rink in St Helens that needed love, but that had really good bones. 2 years on and the building has been transformed into a show piece with one of the best boutique Cinemas in Australia playing latest releases, arthouse and adventure films along with being available for private hires. Plug in a modern Bar, Brewery and 2 high spec’d kitchens and the recipe was taking shape.

We have put a great team together and now the business needs to grow to keep up with demand.  We are raising capital to help us grow and expand and we need people like you, to jump on board and take advantage of this great opportunity to invest in Easy Tiger and help us take the business to the next level.

Brewery, Cafe, Cinema, Food under one roof - Easy Tiger

1. Diverse and Integrated Business Model
Easy Tiger Group's multifaceted approach combines cinema, brewery, bar, food, and event hosting into an engaging entertainment destination. This synergy attracts a wide range of patrons, from families to craft beer aficionados, enhancing customer retention and maximising revenue through cross-promotion. For instance, cinema-goers can enjoy themed drinks, while bar visitors may attend special cinema events.

2. State-of-the-Art Cinema Experience
Easy Tiger Cinema features 48 luxurious seats and top-tier audio-visual technology, providing an exceptional movie experience. With premium service and plush seating, it becomes a desirable venue for private events and corporate functions, driving profitability through ticket sales and special offerings.

3. Expanding Brewery Operations
Thirsty Tiger Brewery, led by Tim Bishop, is positioning itself in the growing craft beer market. By distributing to local pubs and planning mainland expansion, the brewery serves as both a production facility and a brand-building platform, creating signature beers and hosting tastings, enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.

4. Inviting Bar & Beer Garden
Our vibrant bar and spacious outdoor beer garden accommodate over 350 guests, offering a diverse selection of drinks. Hosting events like tastings and themed nights increases visitor engagement, driving revenue.

5. Innovative Food Offerings
With two leased state-of-the-art kitchens, Easy Tiger provides a wide menu appealing to diverse tastes. Our quick-service model and collaborations with local artisans emphasise quality and innovation.

6. Dynamic Event Hosting
We host numerous events, with plans for a 2,000-person venue, attracting larger gatherings and enhancing brand visibility through partnerships and sponsorships.

7. Community Engagement
Easy Tiger fosters strong community ties through local collaborations and events, boosting brand loyalty and market presence.

8. Market Expansion Potential
The Easy Tiger model is replicable in other cities, presenting opportunities for growth through strategic partnerships and market research.

Conclusion

Investing in Easy Tiger Group offers a unique chance to engage with a dynamic venue poised for robust growth, with potential impressive returns while enriching the community.

Multifaceted business seamlessly integrating its diverse offerings

The Easy Tiger Group operates a multifaceted business model that seamlessly integrates its diverse offerings, creating a vibrant destination for locals and tourists alike. Central to this model are the Easy Tiger Cinema, Thirsty Tiger Brewery, expansive bar and beer garden, and a variety of culinary options, all of which complement each other.

It’s so synergistic because each of the venue’s offerings amplify the others: the cinema attracts guests, particularly on rainy days, which also encourages patrons to dine and enjoy beverages before or after their films. The brewery enhances this experience by supplying a good selection of beers brewed on site, reinforcing the bar’s lively atmosphere and ensuring quality beers are a staple of the venue.

The outdoor beer garden and bar host engaging events like quiz nights and live music, fostering a sense of community. This strategy not only boosts foot traffic but also cultivates loyal customers who appreciate the consistent offerings and inviting ambiance, and makes it a must visit venue for visitors.

But that's not all, Easy Tiger continues to expand its brewery distribution to local pubs and to explore mainland markets. This gives us revenue sources outside of the venue.

Easy Tiger has set itself up to have a huge summer season with all of our offerings open together for the first time ready to delight an influx of customers. We are excited for this summer and are expecting significantly strong trading compared to last year's busy season.

Demand is driving our growth!

St Helens and Growth Potential for Easy Tiger Group

St Helens, a rapidly growing coastal town, invites businesses to adopt a professional approach and extend their operating hours year-round. Its appeal as a destination for the Bay of Fires, fishing, and mountain biking, along with a surge in Airbnb accommodations, highlights the need for improved local business offerings. The entry of national brands like BWS and the Reject Shop signals growing confidence in the area.

Capital Allocation for Future Growth of Easy Tiger Group

To enhance the success of Easy Tiger Group over the next five years, we strategically plan to allocate raised capital as follows:

1. Brewery Expansion and Branding
A significant portion will fund the Thirsty Tiger Brewery, increasing production capacity to meet regional demand. Investments will include advanced brewing equipment and a marketing strategy to promote our beer brand through other venues, media, tastings and events.

2. Venue Development for Large Events
We will partner to develop versatile venue spaces capable of hosting up to 2,000 attendees for concerts, festivals, and corporate events, enhancing our brand visibility and revenue potential in St Helens.

3. Food and Beverage Offerings Enhancement
Investment in upgraded kitchen facilities and partnerships with local suppliers will ensure high-quality culinary offerings, alongside marketing campaigns to elevate our food services.

4. Marketing and Brand Development
Comprehensive marketing strategies will increase brand visibility through digital campaigns, community outreach, and collaborations with local influencers.

5. Staff Training and Development
We will continue to invest in comprehensive training to enhance customer service and operational efficiency, fostering a knowledgeable workforce.

Conclusion

By focusing on these areas, we aim to position Easy Tiger Group for sustained growth, maximising revenue potential while reinforcing our community impact and brand presence.

Question time

We'd love to answer your questions, we'll have one of the OnMarket team or the company representative of the offer get back to you asap. So ask away ...

sustainability/ green footprint

I am surprised to see no mention of esp environmental footprints, other than potential risk in consumer perception. I would like to learn more about where and how ingredients of beer (esp) are sourced and impacts of the Tasmania wide upscaling of sales. Plus consideration of green label in future marketing / possible required or voluntary reporting.

Maria N (OnMarket member) on 19/11/2024

Thanks for the great question. We are finalising our Solar and Battery systems at the moment and we are looking at becoming 95% self sufficient when it comes to energy consumption. We have implemented a minimalistic approach to one use items including recycled cutlery and reusable plates and bowls etc. Future beer labelling and sourced product locations are being worked on at the moment but we can tell you that we are buying as local as we can and we are passionate about our environmental foot print. Thanks for the question.
