Own shares in Perth's next big brewpub phenomenon!

Phat Brew Club started when a group of mates at a local football club swapped their love of the game for a passion for brewing great beer. Our focus has always been on creating beers that push boundaries and bring people together to build a culture of good times. In 2020, our Coffee Cream Porter won the Margaret River Beer Co Backyard Brewing competition, which inspired us to take our brewing to the next level.

Over the next three years, we built our brand through gypsy brewing, creating innovative beers like Phubba Bubba Sour and Strawberries and Cream Ale, which quickly gained cult followings. Our success in wholesale, with annual sales reaching $125k, highlighted the need for our own venue.

In February 2023, we opened "The Clubrooms" across from the City West Train station, just outside the Perth CBD. With a 450-person capacity, 20 rotating taps, a full kitchen, and a kids' play area, it's become the heart of our operation and a hub for the Perth community with a revenue of $3.65M.

Now, as one of the hottest craft breweries in the state, we're expanding to Hillarys Boat Harbour, bringing the Phat Brew Club experience to a new community.

Addressing the lack of craft beer venues north of Perth

Strategic Venue-First Focus

  • Central Location: Our 820sqm venue in Perth’s CBD, across from City West Train Station, is thriving with high-end craft beer and a family-friendly vibe.
  • Exciting Expansion Opportunity: We’re bringing our unique experience to Hillarys Boat Harbour, a hotspot for families and tourists. Our 500sqm venue fills a gap in Perth’s northern suburbs with bold beers and food unlike anything at the Marina.

Brand & Market Strength

  • Recognisable Brand: Our colourful, engaging brand shines across WA, with over 150 stockists and permanent tap points.
  • Proven Excellence: Phat Brew Club has racked up awards, from Gold Medals to being highly commended as WA’s Best New Brewery at the AHA 2023 Excellence Awards.

Growth & Innovation

  • Unique Beers: We push boundaries with beers like bubblegum sours, cherry ripe stouts, and crisp lagers.
  • High-Margin Venue Sales: Our post-COVID model focuses on venue driven sales, avoiding the wholesale pitfalls faced by many, while WA’s booming economy drives growth.

Inclusive Club Philosophy

  • Crowdfunding for Community: Our "Club" philosophy invites more people into the Phat family.

With a clear 5-year strategic vision, we’re expanding with purpose and passion. Ready to join us?

An award-winning W.A. craft brewery

Our HQ venue is the heartbeat of our operation, blending award-winning craft beer with a family-friendly atmosphere and a unique Asian street food experience that offers a culture of good times.

With a team of seasoned brewers, chefs, and venue managers, we’ve quickly established ourselves as one of WA’s top craft breweries. Beyond our HQ venue, which is the heart of our operation, we also supply kegs and cans to over 150 venues across the state, expanding our reach.

Known for pushing boundaries of flavours and mixes, we offer a diverse range of beers, unique and memorable branding, and a distinctive food offering.

Our bold expansion to Hillarys Boat Harbour

Phat Brew Club is ready to seize an exciting opportunity in one of Perth’s most popular tourist spots in the northern suburbs. We’re bringing our signature mix of unique craft beers and creative eats to a prime new location.

High-quality sites like this don’t come around often, but our deep connections in the property space have unlocked this gem, setting us up for our next big move. While our main focus is on creating a thriving venue, we’re not slowing down on wholesale. We’re planning to expand our reach across WA and grow our online orders, fuelling Phat Brew Club’s ongoing success.

We're looking to scale up and continue to make waves in Perths craft beer scene, where the demand for what we offer keeps growing.

Ready to join us on this ride? Let’s make it happen!

Brewing success everywhere

At Phat Brew Club, we’ve built a business that’s more than just a brewery - it's a movement. Our venue-first model gives us a strategic advantage. Our HQ venue has welcomed over 100,000 people through the doors in the past year, with events and private functions driving both community engagement and revenue.

On the distribution front, our beers are stocked in over 150 venues across WA, including major partnerships with WA Vintage Cellars. We've locked in five SKUs at each store, one of the highest for any WA brewery, with future expansion into First Choice and Liquorland on the horizon.

Our brewing excellence speaks for itself—12 medals at the 2024 Indies Awards, including three Golds. This puts us among the top three breweries in WA. And with 75 unique beers crafted over the past year, we’re constantly pushing the envelope with bold flavours and a cult following.

Now, with a 12-year lease accepted for a prime spot at Hillarys Boat Harbour, we’re set to expand into Perth’s northern suburbs. With a growing annual revenue base of $3.65M, Phat Brew Club is just getting started.

Phat Brew isn't just riding the craft beer wave...

At Phat Brew Club, we’re not just another brewery—we’re a gamechanger in the craft beer scene

Our next move? A brand-new 500sqm venue in Hillarys Boat Harbour, one of Perth’s most sought-after spots. We’ve locked in the lease, and we’re bringing our unique flair to an area that’s crying out for something different.

Why invest with us? Our brand is already a fan-favourite—bright, bold, and unmissable. We’ve racked up awards, from Gold Medals to being highly commended as WA’s Best New Brewery at the AHA 2023 Excellence Awards. Plus, with 150+ stockists across WA and permanent tap points, our beers are already in demand.

What sets us apart? It’s our relentless innovation, our proven venue management expertise, and our passion for creating beers that surprise and delight. Phat Brew Club isn’t just riding the craft beer wave -we’re leading it. Ready to join us?

The accepted metric for valuation comparisons for breweries and distilleries in Australia that conduct Crowd Source Funding raises is expressed as a revenue multiple. For all share offers in this sector in Australia undertaken successfully through CSF, the average valuation has been 6.82 times revenue. Phat Brew Club compares favorably to this at 6.02 times.
