Generally, Australian IPOs are open to residents of New Zealand and some IPOs may also extend their offers to other permitted jurisdictions.
Where OnMarket does not restrict access to an offer, if you are not an Australian resident, you are solely responsible for ensuring that it is lawful for you to submit an expression of interest, access and receive a CSF offer or IPO and to make an investment in a company via OnMarket.
