Once an offer closes successfully, the intermediary platform (i.e. OnMarket) will provide the company’s share registry will the registry list (i.e. those who have invested in the offer). This can take up to two weeks.
The share registry will then issue the shares to the shareholders and invite them to create an account on their platform where they can view their shareholder certificate and manage their shares.
The company will then communicate with the shareholders and, if they have offered them, begin deploying their investor rewards.
